YES! You can make exchange of items purchased from our online store (hanatajuddin.com.my) or our admin sale from whatsapp (0165694976/0169882104)
  • All items purchased are eligible to make an exchange or color/size/products if it not suit you well and the shipping cost will be bear by the customer.
  • We also will be responsible in any event it is our fault. In such circumstances, if you received any wrong or defect item. We will bear the return shipping cost incurred.
  • Any SALE/CLEARANCE/AS-IS items are sold as it is and strictly cannot return or exchange.
  • Items with AS-IS label (minor defect) and SALE/CLEARANCE items are sold with sale price are considered sold as it is.
  • Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item
  • For defective item, if the wanted item is out of stock then refund will be made in 1-3 working days.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
  • Kindly contact us at 0165694976 (Whatsapp only) in 5 days after you received your order (Please attach Order ID for our reference)

  • Return must be made within 5 days of receiving the items. If more than 5 days, any exchange will not be entertained.

  • We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 5 days of the received date. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny refund if the item does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the product to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (7) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.  

  • Tracking number of returning item must be given to our team in 5 days, if failed to do so we will not entertain any exchange and item will be post back without compromised.

  • Item must be return in the original selling condition which is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED with all with PACKAGING and TAGS ATTACHED.

  • Any defect items that return to us will be inspect before proceed to exchange the items. Items with odours, purposely tear and rips, make-up stains, or other damages will be return back to you and any exchange later will not be entertained.

  • If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

  • Strictly NO REFUND made for exchange purpose.

  • For exchange purpose, we only will send the new item after receiving the returned item by the customer.

We are apologize we are not able to provide any exchange, return or refund in any circumstances as below:

  • Tag has been removed & no packaging

  • Item already worn, washed, altered

  • Item damage due to own mistake

  • Wrongly ordered/Does not like the product

  • Sale/Clearance/as-is item

  • More than 5-days warranty time
  • Wrongly give address or any shipment details.

  • Courier mistakes. Kindly contact courier to lodge any complaint or claim
