• HanaTajuddin only will made refund if the product SOLD OUT after made payment only. In this circumstances, if the customer do not wish to change to other product, then HanaTajuddin will make full amount refund in 1-3 days.
• NO refund will be made for exchange purpose
• NO refund for faulty product. HanaTajuddin will responsible to send a brand new item if customer received a defect/faulty product. All shipping cost will be bear by HanaTajuddin.
