CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At Hanatajuddin, customer satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if customers are not satisfied with their purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our office. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below. 
 
EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us.
All return items must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNIRONED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. Returns must be posted within seven (7) days of receiving your order (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer and non-exchangeable for cash.
However, customers are advised to notify us at sale.hanatajuddin@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details.

All SALE and ‘on offer’ items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Headscarves and accessories cannot be returned. Please note that all store credits valid for one (1) year only.
