- All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
- We do not accept any form of exchange or returns, unless in any event it is our fault. In such circumstances, we will bear the return shipping cost incurred. If you have received any wrong or defect item, please contact us at 0196873088 (Whatsapp only)
- Any SALE/CLEARANCE/AS-IS items are sold as it is and strictly cannot return or exchange.
- Items with AS-IS label (minor defect) and CLEARANCE items are sold with sale price are considered sold as it is.
WE ACCEPT RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR WRONG/FACTORY DEFECT ITEMS ONLY
- Kindly contact us at 0196873088 (Whatsapp only) in 3 days after you received any wrong or defect items (Please attach order number and pictures of item for our reference)
- Return must be made within 3 days of receiving the items and must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED with all with PACKAGING and TAGS ATTACHED. If more than 3 days, any exchange will not be entertained.
- Any defect items that return to us will be inspect before proceed to exchange the items. Items with odours, purposely tear and rips, make-up stains, or other damages will be return back to you and any exchange later will not be entertained.
We are apologize we are not able to provide any exchange, return or refund in any circumstances as below:
- Wrongly choose the size
- Change of mind
- Does not like the color, fabric or design
- Item damage due to own mistake
- Wrongly give address or any shipment details.
- Courier mistakes. Kindly contact courier to lodge any complaint or claim.
